Since my teens, I’ve suffered from anxiety & depression. I’ve figured out how to keep the symptoms at bay (for the most part) with therapy, medications, and holistic practicing. I write in my journal every single day! I want mental health to become more normalized and for people to feel 100% comfortable sharing. Though it doesn’t define me, it’s part of me. And that’s ok. Over the last few years, I’ve done a lot of soul searching- trying to figure out what I want to do & who I want to be. I am at an amazing mental state at this time- due to medication, doctors, therapists, all my favourite activities, friends, and my family.
